The City Council of Valladolid, the federations of neighborhood associations Antonio Machado and Conde Ansúrez and the Provincial Association of Business Owners of Hospitality (Apeh) have signed on Tuesday the commitment to a nocturnal leisure “civic and responsible with the rest” of the neighbors.
